Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship all over Australia. International shipping is not possible at this time.

How long does shipping take?

We use Australia post for all of our shipping, there are still delays within the Australia post networks so please keep in mind when placing an order. Our turnaround times do not include shipping times, Shipping times are out of our control, and we do not take responsibility for any delays experienced with our postal networks. To avoid disappointment, please ensure you place your order in advance of your event, allowing time for design changes if mock ups are required.

How do I track my order?

An Australia post tracking number will be provided to you once your order has been booked with Australia post.

Returns

How do I return an item?

Our Items are custom therefore we do not accept refunds for change of mind. Please ensure you choose carefully and check all spelling before placing your order as we will not provide refunds or remake items that were spelled incorrectly at the time of placing your order.

if your item arrives damaged or broken, please get in touch with us straight away via email with detailed images of the items and we will work with you to solve any issues.
